1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Verseflow, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or email.
2. Services Provided
Verseflow offers faith-based content including:
Daily Bible verses and prayers
Intention setting and guided reflections
Breathing exercises and meditations
Journey tracking with streak milestones
Full Bible with search, notes, and bookmarks
Customizable themes and personalization
Service Modifications: Features may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service feature with or without notice.
3. Account Requirements
Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13-18, you must have parental or legal guardian permission.
Account Responsibilities:
Provide accurate registration information
Keep your login credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity under your account
Do not share your account with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Termination: You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription Plans
Pricing:
Monthly: $8.99 per month
Annual: $59.99 per year ($4.99/month - billed annually, Save >50%)
Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Free Trial
Duration: 3-day free trial for new subscribers
No Charge During Trial: You will NOT be charged during the trial period
Cancel Anytime: Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
Trial Eligibility: One free trial per user
Auto-Renewal Terms
IMPORTANT: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Auto-Renewal Terms:
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
You will be charged within 24 hours before your renewal date
Renewal charges will be at the current subscription price (may increase with 30-day notice)
Apple Processes Payments:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm purchase
We do NOT see your payment information (credit cards, Apple Pay, etc.)
Apple handles all billing, payment processing, and transaction history

How to Cancel Your Subscription
To View, Modify, or Cancel:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Select Verseflow
Tap Cancel Subscription or modify settings
Important:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will retain access until the subscription expires
No refunds for unused portion of subscription period

Future premium features as they're releases
Refunds
All refunds are handled by Apple, not Verseflow.
We cannot process refunds directly
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple
Apple determines refund eligibility based on their policies

5. User Personalization & Content
Your Content: You may create personal notes, bookmarks, labels, and reflections. You retain ownership of content you create.
Settings & Sync: Your theme preferences, settings, and progress sync across devices where you're signed in with the same account.
Storage: We store your personalized content securely on our servers (Supabase) to enable syncing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Attempt unauthorized access to the app or servers
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
Share your account credentials
Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Disrupt the app's functionality or servers
Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
Consequences: Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Ownership: All content, designs, code, trademarks, and features in Verseflow are owned by NinetyFive AI, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Your License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Bible Content: Bible verses from the American Standard Version (ASV) are in the public domain. Other translations may be used with proper licensing.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Verseflow without our written permission.
Copyright Complaints (DMCA): If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact: copyright@1995ai.com with details.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Privacy Policy: Your use of Verseflow is governed by our Privacy Policy available at:

Key Privacy Points:
We collect email, name, preferences, and usage data
We use Supabase (secure storage), Airtable (content), TelemetryDeck (anonymous analytics)
We do NOT share your data with third-party AI services
We do NOT sell your personal information
We do NOT track you across other apps or websites
Apple processes all payment information (we never see it)
Your Rights: You can access, update, or delete your personal data anytime. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Third-Party Services
Apple App Store: Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Apple's terms apply to all payments and billing.
Third-Party Links: Verseflow may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
Integration Services: We use Supabase (data storage), Airtable (content delivery), and TelemetryDeck (analytics). Each has their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimers & Warranties
NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: Verseflow is for informational and spiritual growth purposes only. We do NOT provide:
Medical advice or treatment
Mental health counseling or therapy
Professional religious or pastoral guidance
Crisis intervention or emergency services
Seek Professional Help: Always consult qualified professionals for medical, mental health, or emergency needs.
"AS IS" Basis: The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:
Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
Warranties regarding accuracy or reliability of content
No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that using Verseflow will improve your spiritual life, solve problems, or lead to any specific outcome. Your experience is personal and results vary.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We Are NOT Liable For:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Personal injury or emotional distress
Costs of substitute services
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $100, whichever is greater).
Apple's Limitations: Because Apple processes payments and distributes the app, we are not responsible for:
Apple's payment processing errors or failures
Billing disputes with Apple
Apple's refund decisions
App Store availability or downtime
Exceptions: Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NinetyFive AI, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
Your use of the app
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of others' rights
Your user-generated content
13. Termination
By You: Delete your account through Settings > Account > Delete Account, or uninstall the app.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or we're required to by law.
Effect of Termination:
Your license to use the app terminates immediately
Your account data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy (30 days)
Active subscriptions continue until the end of the current billing period (no refund)
You must stop using the app and delete it from your devices
14. Technical Requirements
Compatibility:
iOS: 16.0 or later
Devices: iPhone and iPad
Internet: Required for daily content, sync, and authentication
Storage: Approximately 200MB
Optimal Experience:
Strong WiFi or cellular connection recommended
Updated to latest app version
Device storage available for offline Bible access
15. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution First: Before filing any legal claim, contact us at support@1995ai.com. We'll attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Any legal action must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Arbitration Option: Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. The arbitrator's decision is final.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action lawsuit.
Opt-Out of Arbitration: Email legal@1995ai.com within 30 days of accepting these Terms with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may pursue claims in small claims court instead of arbitration.
16. Apple-Specific Terms
IMPORTANT: Since Verseflow is distributed through the Apple App Store, the following terms apply per Apple's Developer Program License Agreement:
Agreement Between You and Us
These Terms are between you and NinetyFive AI, LLC, not Apple. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for Verseflow or its content.
License Scope
Your license to use Verseflow is limited to:
A non-transferable license
To use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control
As permitted by Apple's App Store Usage Rules set forth in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions
Maintenance and Support
NinetyFive AI, LLC (not Apple) is solely responsible for:
Providing maintenance and support services for Verseflow
Addressing any product support questions
Handling any claims relating to the app
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app.
Warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
Apple has NO warranty obligations whatsoever with respect to Verseflow
Any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of NinetyFive AI, LLC
Nothing in these Terms limits Apple's liability in ways not permitted by applicable law
Product Claims
Apple is NOT responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Verseflow, including but not limited to:
Product liability claims
Any claim that Verseflow fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation
Intellectual Property Rights
In the event of any third-party claim that Verseflow or your possession and use of Verseflow infringes that third party's intellectual property rights:
NinetyFive AI, LLC (not Apple) will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim
Apple will have no obligation to investigate, defend, settle, or discharge such claims
Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
Upon your acceptance of these Terms:
Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple has this right
Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo
You are not located in a country that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country
You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties (including the Specially Designated Nationals List and the Denied Persons List)

17. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NinetyFive AI, LLC.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.
Assignment: You cannot assign these Terms. We may assign them to affiliates or successors.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries: No third-party beneficiaries except Apple (as stated in Section 16).
Force Majeure: We're not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
Notices: We may notify you via in-app notifications, email, or updates to these Terms. You may contact us at support@1995ai.com or our mailing address below.

You acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Verseflow.
