Who We Are

We've been in your seat. That's why this works.

We started this because we've seen what happens when smart, busy people try AI without structure — the frustration, the wasted time, the decision to give up on something that could actually help them. We built NinetyFive to fix that.

What We Believe

Opinions we've earned. Not everyone agrees.

01

Most AI consulting is theater

The client gets a strategy deck, a monthly call, and a recommendation to "explore AI." Nothing changes. Nobody installs anything. We refused to build that company.

02

The person who runs the business should own the AI

Not IT. Not a vendor. Not a managed service you can't modify. We build systems the operator controls — because the day you can't change it yourself, you're paying rent on your own infrastructure.

03

If we can't measure it, we didn't do it

Hours saved, errors reduced, pipeline generated, decisions accelerated. If the numbers don't move after our engagement, we failed. Feelings about AI aren't deliverables.

The Team

Two partners. One standard of work.

Jeff Gajewski

Co-Founder, NinetyFive Ai

Jeff's background is in operations. As COO of a startup he helped scale from 4 employees to 30 — and $2M to $20M in revenue across two acquisitions — he's run the kind of business NinetyFive Ai now serves.

That experience shaped how he thinks about AI. Not as a technology problem, but as an operations problem. He and Matt spent 10 months building Verseflow from the ground up with just two people, creating structured AI workflows that let a tiny team produce and operate at a much larger scale. That's the proof of concept behind everything NinetyFive Ai does for clients.

He built NinetyFive for businesses like the one he used to run — and that's exactly who he shows up for.

Matt Marchel

Co-Founder, NinetyFive Ai

Matt directly ran a billion-dollar business unit and worked with Fortune 100 companies across manufacturing, media, and sports before building AI systems full-time. He architected a 24/7 AI operating system that runs overnight research, morning intelligence briefs, and automated task management across a portfolio of businesses — with zero human intervention between 10pm and 7am.

That system is the backbone of NinetyFive. Every client engagement uses the same architecture, adapted to their business. Matt handles the instruction files, the assistant builds, the QA, and the delivery. When a system feels like it was built specifically for you, it's because he spent the hours making sure it was.
